The Tenant Find Only Service is suitable for a landlord who is confident with taking on a much greater level of responsibility, whereas the Fully Managed Service is suitable for landlords who want to take a back seat and let us do the hard work for them.

Fully Managed Service

The Fully Managed Service is our most popular service; it is suited for landlords who have a busy life with less time to manage their property. It is also ideal for the landlord who knows little about the rental market and requires guidance. This service gives landlords piece of mind that our professional team is looking after both your property and tenant. An initial set up fee is charged for finding a credit checked tenant with references from the employer and previous landlord and preparing both the Tenancy Agreement and Prescribed Information for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. A monthly commission is then charged for dealing with the tenant enquiries, maintenance service, property inspections and rent collection.

Tenant Find Only Service

The Tenant Find Only Service is suitable for landlords who only want us to find a reliable, professional tenant and are willing to take on the full responsibility of managing the tenancy. There is a one off set up fee for this service and it covers finding a credit checked tenant with references from the employer and previous landlord and preparing both the Tenancy Agreement and Prescribed Information for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
