We offer accompanied viewings, credit checking and reference taking of prospective tenants and preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements. We are also able to take deposits on behalf of our Landlord Clients in accordance with the Tenants Deposit Scheme if required.

Our Full Management service includes all of the above plus collection of rent on a monthly basis, property inspections every two to three months and dealing with any property maintenance issues which may arise.
